Doublé sur la première course de l'année à Perpignan (66)
Dimanche 2 Février à Perpignan, plus de 20 coureurs du BMC Béziers étaient alignés sur les 200 partants du jour, pour le "Grand Prix de Perpignan" le premier rendez-vous des courses du soleil.
Une première étape très rapide, 43km/h de moyenne sur les 75km.
Les consignes ont été appliquées à la lettre : "se glisser dans les échappées et à 5km de l'arrivée se mettre en place pour emmener au sprint Steeve Touboul ".
Joan Soliva en capitaine de route à driver ses copains et a mis Steeve et son jeune coéquipier Elder Colhn J2 en orbite.
En effet, Steeve Touboul remporte cette épreuve devant Elder Colln, offrant le doublé au club et la victoire chez les juniors.
Le BMC Béziers commence très bien la saison grâce à son formidable collectif.
